mailbox repair/replacement information

This document provides information to make sure your mailbox meets HOA guidelines.

Covenants Section 6, Paragraph 6.22 which states: “All mailboxes and mailbox posts shall conform in design and material as designated by the Design Standards. Only one mailbox may be located on any Lot. The mailboxes shall be maintained by the Owner to compliment the neighborhood, and shall be installed only with the approval of the ACC. In the event any mailbox is destroyed or damaged, it shall be promptly repaired or replaced by the owner.”
